Our standard delivery timeframe is 4 to 15 business days, depending on your location, the items in your order, and the courier selected.

• Metro areas in Australia: Typically delivered within 4–7 business days.
  
• Regional or remote areas in Australia: May take up to 10–15 business days.
  
• New Zealand orders: Usually delivered within 7–15 business days, depending on customs processing and local courier schedules.
  

Order Processing & Tracking

Once your order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse or supplier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. This will allow you to monitor your parcel’s journey and receive real-time updates on its estimated delivery.

Please note that order processing may take 1–3 business days, especially during peak periods, public holidays, or promotional sales.
